Well, Daren talked me into another 5k row today and I accepted, does this surprise you? Here are todays wods and stats:
7am - CSCF Class
warm up
-circuit
-a ton of skill work on the front squat
W.O.D.
7 rounds for time of:
7 95# thrusters
11 knees to elbows
Then I did some ring dips, assisted pull ups and handstand push ups.

5 rounds of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats)

Me- 19:20
Daren- 18:35
Will- 18:46
With my 5 minutes rest and my 5 rounds of Cindy I finished in 28:06, then....we had the bright idea of doing 25 burpees for time at the 30 minute mark, I did my 25 in one minute...lots of fun....
