Deadlift/Burpee

Worked with Kirk Elder today, he had no idea what he was getting into.....

warm up
-circuit
15 push ups
5 x 5 of chest to bar pull ups (first 2 sets with bands the rest no bands)
3 x 5 of head to ground HSPU

5 rounds of:
5 x Deadlift (315#)
20 x Burpee
