Killer WOD

I went to the 5pm class today and all I can say is....WOW....

5pm
Warm up
-Circuit
-10 x db push press (20#)
-20 x pvc overhead squat

Skill - Snatch Balance
Bar x 5
65 x 5
65 x 5
85 x 5

Met Con -

30-25-20-15-10
Wall-balls(20/14#)
SDHP (75/55#)

Time: 8:58

This workout was really hard, it took me half an hour to recover. I really need to work on my snatch balance.
