This morning felt good, I was happy with the hang squat cleans. I felt good during the 10 min. wod, I still took some unnecessary breaks that I like to take :-)

no push jerk b/c I was late
mile - 6:30
I feel like I could do another mile at that exact pace, but I cannot do that mile any faster. It usually takes me a mile just to get warm.
