Happy Easter!

I hope you all enjoyed the day and were able to spend it with family and friends. Alicia and I went to Houston this morning to have brunch with my family and also celebrated my grandmother's 86th birthday. Then we came back to CS and went to 6:30pm service at our church - Brazos Fellowship - and heard an awesome message from Pastor Will about the undeniable truth of God.

I managed to sneak a workout in at the box at 4pm, I did the Saturday CSCF 10am wod but misread the workout and forgot to take the 2 min rest after each round.

I was dripping with sweat after this workout, I felt really good. I was really excited about my deadlifts, I could only do 335 x 3 about 2 months ago.
