I worked out at the box with Will, Zach, Kirk "the elecrician" and Coach Daren. Kirk and Daren rowed and Will, Zach and I did some overhead squats then "Diane".

-10 burpees with 20# weighted vest
-10 chest to bar pull ups
95 x 5, 135 x 5, 165 x 5, 185 x 3, 205 x 1(failed 2nd rep), 205 x 3, 225 (failed attempt)
HSPU (1 abmat)
The last time I did Diane I used 2 abmats and finished in 9:41, so I was pretty happy to complete the wod with 1 abmat. I felt like today was a good training day, like today prepared my body for another day (if that makes sense). I know I have a ways to go before regionals but I feel like I am starting to attack weaknesses. I feel like I am preparing my body to complete any workout that is announced at the competition, then I'll just have to turn up the intensity.
