Post 1/2 Murph Challenge

We decided to get in our 1/2 Murph today since no one did it on Thursday/Friday due to the BCS Games.

warm up

800m run
50 pull-ups
100 push-ups
150 squats
800m run

No partitioning

1000m row for time
Time: 3:29 (Thanks to Zach in my ear)

One second slower than at the first of the month. Did squats in sets of 50 and felt better on those. I know I could have pushed harder than I did, but still got in a good workout.
