Legs were really pushed today. We did an affiliate team workout at 5pm where we did a wod, rested 40 minutes, then a 3 rep max back squat.
Squat Clean (135#)

10 minutes to come up with a 3 rep max back squat:
135 x 3, 225 x 3, 275 x 1, 315 x 3
Today was tough, I don't think I ever took it into high gear on the wod, primarily because I couldn't. I got my 315# on the back squat then didn't try anymore than that.
