I got 7 rounds, the last round was in the last minute. It was definitely tough on the legs. I felt great this morning, great programming Daren.
I'll be at BV Gymnastics this evening for some muscle up training with Coach Jim.
I GOT 5 MUSCLE UPS TONIGHT!!! That's the most I have ever done before!
