Regionals Videos Released!

When we traveled to Fort Worth to compete in the South Central Regional competition we were fortunate enough to have Jordan Meserole with us. Jordan owns a company called Rock Cottage Media, he does video for weddings and events. Jordan put together a 26 minute DVD that covers the entire Regional competition from start to end, he follows the College Station CrossFit Affiliate Team and me as an individual competitor. This video is AWESOME! Check this first scene out, we will have the entire DVD at the box for people to take home and watch.
